At Vincent Jets, safety is not a feature added after an aircraft is selected. It is the foundation of every flight we arrange. Before an option is ever presented, our team evaluates the operator, aircraft, crew, maintenance history, insurance coverage, and operating record. Our standards extend beyond basic regulatory requirements.

A Higher Standard for Every Flight

Vincent Jets only arranges flights through operators that meet ARGUS Platinum and WYVERN Wingman standards. These independent organizations evaluate operational procedures, pilot training, maintenance programs, safety management systems, and regulatory compliance.

Certification alone is not enough. Our team reviews each mission individually to confirm that the aircraft, operator, and crew meet our requirements for that specific flight. No aircraft enters the Vincent Jets network by default, and previous approval does not replace the need for a new review.

How We Evaluate Every Trip

  • We verify the operator’s FAA certification, insurance coverage, organizational structure, regulatory history, and overall safety performance. Information from the FAA, DOT, NTSB, FlightSafety, ICAO, EASA, ARGUS, and WYVERN helps our team develop a complete view of each operator.

  • Safety oversight does not end when an aircraft is booked. Vincent Jets continues to monitor aircraft readiness, crew availability, weather, airport conditions, airspace restrictions, and operational changes leading up to departure. Operators that fail to maintain our standards are removed from consideration.

  • Every detail is reviewed before passengers reach the private terminal. Our team coordinates directly with the operator, flight crew, airport personnel, and ground handlers to confirm the aircraft, itinerary, passenger information, catering, baggage requirements, and special requests.

    Clients receive confirmed flight details before departure and are kept informed of any operational updates. If weather, maintenance, or another issue affects the original plan, our team responds immediately to identify the safest and most efficient solution.

  • Private aviation does not operate on a standard business schedule, and neither do we. Vincent Jets provides support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A dedicated representative remains available throughout the journey to manage changes, answer questions, and coordinate assistance whenever it is needed.

  • Safety also means protecting the privacy of our clients. Passenger information, travel plans, and personal requests are handled with discretion. Private terminals, controlled passenger access, confidential itineraries, and dedicated aircraft provide a level of privacy and security that commercial travel cannot offer.
